The first form I created had different form designer and field properties to any I create now!

as an example in my first form I could position the label left right or top now I can only position it top left top right or top middle! not left or right of text box.

Themes available and everything have changed

Let me inform you about that we are currently running a new form format, which is affecting some of the new accounts.

If you prefer to continue old format, you can just disable the new form layout option on your Settings page as you can see the screenshot below:

I hope this helps. If you need further clarification, please let us know.

    Thank you for your interest.

Why the hell would I want you to change the look of all my forms? What in the world are you doing? Not all forms need a damn next button for gods sake!!

JotForm is constantly looking for new alternatives  for our users, the new layout is an attempt to help users to create flat and still great forms; however, this is an optional change and you could just go back to the old forms layout.

All of your forms will go back to the old layout once you have changed the settings on your JotForm account as stated by my colleague above.
