Hi support, in my form earthdance vendors application one user could not see the checkbox that needed to be checked for him to complete the form. Its the last checkbox before the submit button. We have had no complaints and many successful submissions so far.
He has tried a different browser and cleared his browser cache.
Is there anything glitchy you can see on the form your side?
