Forms not showing on andriod mobiles. Why?

I have two registration forms online but they will not appear on the android phone or tablets....

This is a major problem that I need fixed. Please help!!!

I have checked the form on a mobile device and see that the form is not displayed on the page. As I inspect the page further, I notice that the form is not at all rendering on the page. However, the form is displaying correctly on mobile devices when accessed using the direct link. 

Could you try embedding the form using the iframe embed code on your web page? You may get the iframe embed code for your JotForm by following the steps in the guide below:
