Why isn't my form able to submit?

My username is SmokeApp, and my form runs with the JavaScript embed option.

I use JotForm to allow people to make appointments for fire inspections. But whether or not the form works is inconsistent. It works on Firefox, but when it was tried on other browsers by other users (ie: Google Chrome and Internet Explorer), the form would not submit and the calendar option was not working.

Is there a browser compatibility problem?

I also just noticed that the e-mail address attached to the form was on JotForm's Bounce List for no apparent reason. This has just been corrected, could that have been the problem?

I think they are two seperate issues:-

    1. We recommend that you use the iFrame embed method. It should solve you submit and calendar problem:

    2. Your email goes on the bounce list if the incoming mail was rejected by your email provider.

    You can prevent this:

Or you can use a custom sender (instead of jotform)
