    Hi,

I created forms to use on our crew members' phones.  Some of the buttons do not work.  Can you help me get this setup?  I am using an galaxy s6 phone under chrome browser.

I cloned your form to test it and on a Galaxy S6 edge, everything in the form appears to be working properly.  Which button specifically is not working on your end?  Let us know and we will take another look.

    Hi,

I am using a redirect and it won't work through our company website.

    http://dailyreport07.thorpeindustries.ca

but when I use the direct jotform link it works.

I noticed a thread on this but no one posted a solution.

Strange it will work on a samsung galaxy s8 (newer phone) which i did the beta testing before uploading it to our subdomain on the website  But it will not work on some of our crews older phones.  I've ensured the Java script is turned on the browser.

Should I be using a specific browser on these older phones?  I've tried Chrome and Samsung Internet Browser.

    Please help.

Try using your form iFrame code instead of the oEmbed plugin to embed the form:

That should allow for the form to function correctly when embedded to your page.
