    I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to send the form submission to multiple recipients? If so, you may add multiple email addresses in the email settings.

    I am also not sure if I understand the question you posted on your other thread. 

    I checked your account but you do not have any form. 

    The form can be submitted multiple times by the same user. You can use our Form Analytics feature to track a form conversion rate.

    In case that you want to allow your users to enter multiple entries at once, you can use a Configurable list widget.
