Form does not work in Samsung galaxy S6.

    Hi, 

    I read a thread that is the problem I am having:

    When I use a custom thread and container to have this form through our website, I am unable to get it to work on our phones.  Samsung galaxy S6

    But it works on my samsung galaxy s8

     

    When I use the jotform direct link it will work on both phones.

     

    But I want to use our company website link and want to know what work around I need to do.

    Hello Blair,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    What happens when you access your webpage URL in Samsung galaxy S6? Are you unable to submit your form or the form itself is not visible?

    I do not have a Samsung S6 device to test your form but I did test your form in iPhone device and it seems to work as expected. I was able to submit your form successfully.
