Is there some trouble on the server at the moment as our clients are not receiving any autoresponders at all.

Hello reflexions,
I did check your last edited form "Reflexions Aylesbury - Free Trial" and found that you have added two auto-responder email alerts. The issue is that in both the auto-responder email alerts, you have not configured the "Recipient Email" address. You have selected "Name" field instead of "Email" field. Please check the screenshot below:
Please select the "Email" field as "Recipient Email" and that should solve your problem.
