Can't view form on jotform or embedded on site through Safari

I am having a problem where I can't seem to see my form directly on the link https://form.jotformeu.com/72146302884355 or on this test page https://akshaybahl1.wixsite.com/flightbae/new-page while in Safari on either a Mac or iPhone. On my site I just see an empty region where the form should be. I have tried through Wix  embedding it, using iframe and using the web address. Additionally I have also tested it on weebly and wordpress but the form still doesn't load with Safari, all plugins off and no adblocker. The form works on Google Chrome. I have tried on several devices all using safari without avail...

    Thank you

I checked both of the URLs you have given using Safari and iPhone and I can see the form properly.
