I have a form where customers submit requests. As it is now, they enter their name, enter their customer id (which is provided to them by us via a previous email), and then enter their requests, etc.

Some customers have trouble remembering/finding their ID numbers so I thought it would be a good idea to have it auto-populate. Something like...

    Field: Full Name

    Field: Customer ID

Where, if "Full Name" equals [customer name stored in a list] then "Customer ID" equals [matching id].

So Bo Billy could type her name in and the appropriart Customer ID would show up.

    Is that possible??

    Hello invidigiart,

Yes it is possibly through the use of advanced javascript or php code ,however from my knowledge of jot form I don't think that feature is available at the moment.

Actually there might a possibility to prepopulate the customer ID field vía URL parameters.

Please check this guide for further details , I hope you find this useful for your particular scenario
