Changing the language of the header texts

Hola, le he realizado una pregunta donde digo que me cambia automaticamente el título(solo el título) del inglés al español.

Lo que us me propone ya lo he hecho y probado en ambos idiomas, pponiendo inglés y luego español y no me sale

Le mando foto del mismo formulario. Yo quiero poner en el título Herstory. Mujeres en la historia... y cuando lo pongo me lo cambia a "su historia".

If you want the header to appear in Spanish, you have to edit the text in the header. I see that you've translated it correctly now. I think you've figured it out already. Here's a screenshot of your form:

You do not need to use the Translation if you just want to translate the text in the form rather than having a dropdown to select what language to use.
