Can I populate radio button options from textbox values

I would like to create a form where the user enters names into name fields or text boxes and then the values that are entered become the options in a radio button element. For example, in the attached form the user would enter values into Person 1, Person 2, Person 3 and Person 4 fields. Those values would then become the options in the Person Selector field (instead of Name 1, Name 2, Name 3 and Name 4). I hope that makes sense.  Thanks!

I'm sorry, but this is not possible in the form builder. You may consider using the User Contributed Radio Button widget instead: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/user_contributed_radio_buttons

Thanks for the quick reply. I have looked at the user contributed radio button widget before and it doesn’t quite give me the functionality I need. I was hoping the radio button options could be populated from text box fields via CSS or HTML but what I have tried so far has not worked and based on your response that doesn’t seem to be an option. In any case I do appreciate your help with this. You guys are awesome!
