I provided an SSL link to a form I created without realizing they are capped at 10 per month. After receiving a notice about it, I switched it to non-SSL, but the notice states that the my forms will be disabled, seemingly regardless. Will the form be disabled even after I disabled SSL? If so, can this be corrected?

You are correct that free subscription are allowed only 10 SSL submissions per month, or 100 regular submissions per month. The temporary suspension of a free user's account will initialize to whichever limit's comes first. Once an account gets deactivated due to the submission limit for the month, it will be reactivated on the next month.
I have removed the downgrade schedule on your account. You should be able to continue receiving form submissions. But please be informed that we can only do this once.
If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.
