I accidentally deleted a form

    I accidentally deleted a form. How can i retrieve it?

    If the form is still in the Trash folder then you can restore it. In My Forms, go to the "Trash" folder, select the form and then click the "Restore" button.

    Please take note that you cannot restore the form anymore if it was deleted or purged from the Trash folder
