I don't think there's a way to embed JotForm (or any form in particular) within the redesigned New Google Sites.

The closest thing that I found that is equivalent to adding external content was this:

And the EMBED URL option in Google Sites doesn't embed it per se, it just puts a link to your form.

e.g. you will paste your Form URL there and your site will show a link to your form

A lot of Google Sites users share this same sentiment while I'm browsing around looking for a solution. Here's a thread from Google Product Forums that explains how to get the previous embedding options that the Classic Google Sites offer.

Google also created a dedicated page showing the differences between the Classic and New Google Sites: https://support.google.com/sites/answer/7176163?hl=en

To wrap it up, this is something beyond our control and you have 2 options to choose from:

    1. Either create a new site using the Classic Google Sites to enjoy the previous features they offered

    2. Or use the New Google Sites and wait for the features to be deployed eventually by Google (no official word on that).
