not taking credit card info

    Some of my sponsors are having difficulty registering.  It's saying invalid credit card.  Do you know why this would be?

    Jotform provides integratiom with payment gateways,
    Some payment gateways do not allow collecting credit card information on your own page, so your forms will simply redirect users to these sites to complete payments.  These payment gateways are:

    PayPal (a.k.a. PayPal Standard)
    Google Checkout  
    2CheckOut
    ClickBank
    WorldPay
    OneBip

    If that's your case, I would suggest you to contact your payment gateway to verify
    the status of your payment processing account.

    Please keep us informent to followup your case and please provide more details on this matters.

    Hello triciarodgers,

    Upon checking your submissions, can you verify that some transactions went through successfully through your form?  Is it possible that some of your sponsors have used a credit card not accredited by Paypal of there are typo graphical errors when they keyed-in the credit card number?
