On this form, is there a way to have poses available to order in the individual prints sections ONLY if they are ordered above?

I would like for our customers to only be able to choose to order an individual print of a specific pose if they ordered that pose in one of the packages or as an individual digital image. Is there a way for the pose to become available in the individual print sections (light up or something) ONLY after that pose has been chosen earlier in the form?

This is what the most customers do incorrectly and I would like to improve this if possible.

From what I understand on what you wanted to achieve, I think you are just doing a redundancy.

I meant that by transferring the info data from order packages to the individual prints, you are just doing a repetition.

My suggestion, is to use instead Sub Products and Special Pricing using the Payment field.

    User guides:

    Create-Sub-Products-Based-on-a-Product-Option

    What-is-Special-Pricing

You can setup the order packages as the main item and then break them down into individual items using the Sub Products feature.

This is a payment/order tool as well. So everything is organized into a single interface only.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

I'm having trouble visualizing what you are suggesting. How would this work
if a customer wants only a digital image of pose 1 and 1 8x10 print of that
    pose?
They don't want any of the packages, so they won't be looking at them.

    Hello DeniseTenney,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you do not want other options to be visible to users if one package is selected?

Please explain your question a bit more in detail and we will surely help you.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

I would like the individual prints for each pose number to only be
available to order if that specific pose was selected in any of the
packages or in the individual digital image section.
Bottom line : the order can't be just a print. It always has to start with
a digital image of a specific pose before any prints of that pose can be
    added.
Most people get it right, but for the few that scroll through the form to
find the cheapest item, I would like for them to see the print options but
not be able to select it until the digital image is selected.

If I understood you right, what is selected here:

On this form, is there a way to have poses available to order in the individual prints sections ONLY if they are ordered above? Image 1 Screenshot 30

It should be available for selection here:

Is that what you're trying to achieve?

I'm afraid that it is not possible since you're using input table, and you can not disable a specific field (again if I understood the question).

Was I even close to what you had in mind?

Please let us know so we can see what are our possibilities.

    Thank you!

Yes! That is what I would like to achieve, I just don't know how to set up
the form in a way that would make it possible.

Thank you for getting back to us.

As I said, I'm afraid that it is not possible to do that with Input table since Input table is one field so you can not disable its options.

You could only break Input table in separate fields, but because of all columns and rows it would be really hard to design.

What could be a possible workaround is to add them by using Input table, but each row separately:

And add it for each row, so you can disable each row if it is not chosen, by using this condition:

You can check my test form: https://form.jotformpro.com/72185398786980

The fields will be available only if you select Pose 1 or Pose 2.

    Could that work for you?

    Thank you!

This does accomplish what I am trying to do. Can I make the IF statement
include all of the packages and the individual digital image section?
I'm assuming I would set up all of the pose numbers as you did 1 and 2. Is
    that correct?

That is correct. You can set the IF condition rules to ALL and trigger a single or multiple action.
