Making my JotForm Fields Global in Zoho CRM

    Hi, I am trying to make my JotForm fields global on all levels (Lead, Account, Opportunities and Contacts) in Zoho CRM. At one point the field set up allowed me to check this option but have since disappeared. Any advise on how to get back to that option? Currently, my Jotform fields are mapped to my Lead Module.

    That option is available on your Zoho account. The form has nothing to do with it. Please try going to setup then choose Leads. 

    Try adding a field. If that option is not available, you may consider reaching Zoho support about it.
