I need assistance on removing my email from the bounce list

    Please remove my email from your list

    I checked your email address (rvlares05@yahoo.com) and it is not on our bounce list. I also noticed that the email address is not associated with any account here in JotForm. 

    Please provide the form ID or the account username so we can further check it.
