Also, another question if I could ask...
I'm trying to capture just their name and email after the first question (before they proceed further, and/or abandon cart so-to-speak).
I've been playing around for hours now trying to figure it out but I'm just not getting anywhere.
Any suggestions (or possibly going in there and creating it from your end)??
It's just that my email is down on the previous page that send people to the Jotform so if I can somehow capture the name and email on the Jotform before they complete the entire form, would be so helpful to accomplish.
Thanks for any help you can provide. I'm loving Jotform and will be recommending it for sure!!
    Thank you again,
    Lisa

I understand that you would like for your form to capture the name and email address of the user before they complete the entire form. In order to make this possible, you might want to consider the Save Forms and Continue Later feature. By using this feature, you will be able to capture the information you need first when the user submits the first form. Then, you will send an Autoresponder Email that has a link, letting the user continue the entire form later. This requires you to have two forms.

Here's the guide on How to Save Forms and Continue Later.
