re: Master Data Request Form:
I users are adding data into both the REG / VAT number field located below the "Registered Address" fields but they are not appearing on the email. Oddly they do appear on the PDF document
I have looked at the coding for the email and the field is there and looks fine.
Can you please advise how I can get this reg/VAT number field visible on the email?

I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The value of "Multiple Text Fields" widget is not being displayed in submission emails.
I will test the issue further to figure out the cause of this issue. I will get back to you on this soon.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I am not sure what is causing this issue. I am able to replicate the issue only in your form but when I cloned your form and added a new email alert, the value of "Multiple Text Fields" widget is being displayed in submission email without any problem.
