"Multiple Text Fields" widget data is not being displayed in submission email.

    re: Master Data Request Form:

     

    Hi,

    I users are adding data into both the REG / VAT number field located below the "Registered Address" fields but they are not appearing on the email.  Oddly they do appear on the PDF document

    I have looked at the coding for the email and the field is there and looks fine.  

    Can you please advise how I can get this reg/VAT number field visible on the email?

    Hello Richard,

    I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The value of "Multiple Text Fields" widget is not being displayed in submission emails.

    I will test the issue further to figure out the cause of this issue. I will get back to you on this soon.

    Hello Richard,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I am not sure what is causing this issue. I am able to replicate the issue only in your form but when I cloned your form and added a new email alert, the value of "Multiple Text Fields" widget is being displayed in submission email without any problem.

    I would suggest you to please add a new email alert in your form and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to add a new email alert in form:  https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
