Why are some people not getting their email confirmation from JotForm?

    We use JotForm for our Agency Forms which all of our Agencies use and get a confirmation email saying their form went through and we have it. Lately a LOT of people are not getting their email and most of them are ending up on the bounce list but not all. Is there anything we can do to keep them all off of the bounce list and make sure all of them are getting their emails?
