Emails not being sent with form submission edits

    I have created the following form:

    Now let me brief you how we want this form to work:

    Agent who receives the call fills section 1 and section 2 of the form. It goes to manager. 

    Now the manager has to fill section 3 and attach files and if required edit section 2. But manager will be sending this form to particular agent depending on data, for which I created 'sent to' option in section 3 and associated email condition with each agent name.



    Upon editing and resubmitting the form., the email condition associated with 'sent to' is not working. 

    The particular agent is not receiving the form when manager submits and selects the agent's name in 'sent to'

    Please suggest asap.

    Currently the only conditional email in your form has "Send on edit" disabled:

    Set this option to "Yes" and the email will trigger with each edit.
