How to I remove the Jotform branding? IE: "Create your own JotForm"

When I click on the "Remove Branding" and copy and past the code....the branding is not removed.  Please help.  Thanks.

The Jotform Branding is available to remove as soon as the account is upgraded to a paid subcription. To Free users, the Jotform branding is permanent.
