Unable to submit forms. It shows "Connection reset" message.

    We have two forms that are currently not working.  One of the forms, our "volunteer" application I completely rebuilt from scratch this morning and it's still not working.  When you click the submit button 5-10 secs later the browser says "connection reset".

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test your form which is embedded in your webpage and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please re-embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    I actually identified the issue to be a firewall at one of our locations just before you replied.
