Incomplete Value Error, But Value Is Filled?

So I'm testing one of my forms on my website, and I keep getting this error for my "relation" field even when the value has been filled.Even when I shut off the requirement for the field, JotForm doesn't record the information. Please let me know how I can fix this problem ASAP. Thanks
