Incomplete values error on the form after submitting

Hi could someone look at my form?  I've got a question that has a bunch of conditional logic on it.

It is the field:  Where did you hear about this position?

Most fields if you click the form shows another field asking for more information.

The options that do not show another form field are Indeed and Facebook and of course Other.

The Problem

For some reason the form is returning the Incomplete Value field when you have selected Indeed or Facebook.
