I am locked out of my account.

    When I try to log in it says, "login failed - AUTOSUSPEND"

    Hello,

    Your account is suspended because you are requesting password in plain text field on your form "Password".

    Gathering this type of data in plain text fields will violate our Terms of use, as this is only allowed through encryption along database administration; and our forms do not provide this type of method.

    We have removed this form and reactivate the account. You must refrain from doing a new form like that to prevent a potential suspension of your account.
