Why cannot I see all the conditions on my form?

I have many conditions attached to one of my forms, but I can only see the first 17 of these now?  

This may be a cache issue so I have cleared your forms cache and I would also suggest you to edit your form and check its conditions on a different browser, so the cached data is not loaded.
