I've attached one of the many forms I set up with Autoresponder. None of them are sending an email response to the applicant.

I have just tested your form using my email address, I received the email without any problem:
I have checked your account email history and noticed there are some bounced/blocked emails, you could also check it out by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
I already removed the email address "e******s**@msn.com" from our bounce list, this guide will also help you to remove an address from our bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
You may also change the default sender in case you keep experiencing issues, this guide will help you adding a new one using the SMTP method: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
