I am using an old form and adding current details, but when I post it to facebook, the title still shows up as the old form

I have an old form I used in March for a conference registration form.  I now pulled up that form and just edited the information for our September conference.  Even the title at the top of the page.  Everything looks changed.  However, when I go to share it to facebook, the title still shows the March title.  How can I make that change stick.

Please try updating the Page Title in the Form Settings of your form. See steps below.

If that still does not work, please give us the form URL and the new title you want your form to have.
