I realized my account was deactivated most likely due to me doing a credit card from incorrectly. I didn't realize until I searched the forums that it needs to be a widget or some other sort of integration.I need to get my account working ASAP...can Jotform delete the form and reactivate the account? What kind of time-frame will it take?

I have removed the offending fields from your form ID 72057126484154 named "Payment Information" and re-activated your account.
