I have been trying to use the Voice Recorder widget, but the link to the recording does not seem to work and has been cut short, or is not there at all.
Here's an example of what I'm getting (attached)
This is a really useful feature so I'd love to find out where I'm going wrong here.

I test the uploaded audio records on your form submission data and both audio records links were available. I was able to play the audio or download them.
Your description of the issue is not quite clear. Were you saying you cannot download or view/play the audio records in the form Submissions?
Please clarify and we will check it further.

Thanks for responding so quickly. I need the submission to have a working link in it
When I look at the submission form where I have made a test recording this is what I get (see the screen shot above). It's not a complete link, it's just this:
How do I set it up so I do get the complete link that will work when I click it?

The links are clickable and should show you a download prompt or play it on your browser when clicking it. Can you tell us how you are trying to access the audio files?

I also have tried playing the audio file and I was able to hear the voice stating that it is a test message.
Can you tell us the device you are using?

The links I have sent you, that appear in the forms people fill in, do not work when clicked. They download a .wav file which I can't play. They don't go to somewhere that allows me to play the file. Is there a website that allows me to do that?
I seem to be getting it in a different form:
When I used this widget before the link looked like this:
and worked perfectly.
How do I get them to be in the second form, like this:

I do not have iMac to test the issue you reported. I will check with my colleagues if they have it and if they can test this.
I was also able to download you uploaded files from the submission page. Please try to download the files in some other browser or in the incognito mode.
You can also try to download them from the email Notification.

Did you manage to get your colleagues to test this?
I am still trying to get it to work. The emails from Jotform give a link:
The download of the submission doesn't give this link
But I need it to go to somewhere where it will play the file and it doesn't do that. It did it before in an old form and that still works perfect. You just clicked on the link and it played the recording.
I've tried it in Safari, Firefox and Chrome, no luck.
It's quite urgent now so any help would be much appreciated.

I was able to reproduce this on my end. The link that is emailed is complete:
However, from the submission page, the URL is truncated:
Though the link is clickable, it does cause issues when exporting to other formats since the incomplete URL is what is being exported.
I will forward this to our developers to have a look. We will let you know as soon as we have any updates.
