I just completed my jotform to see why I haven't received any submissions. To my surprise there is not an option for those filling out the form to submit it. Is there a glitch in the system?Page URL:

I have checked your JotForm and see that there is Preview answers button on the last page. The Submit button is replaced to Preview answers due to the Preview before Submit widget added on the form that allows the user to preview the answers before submitting the form.
As I tested the widget using the new layout, it seems that there is an issue with the widget and it is not displaying Submit button. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to investigate further. Meanwhile, please remove the widget from the form so that the Submit button displayed normally. Once we have any news in this regard, we'll update you here.

Preview before submit widget is not applicable for the new CardForm layouts. We have implemented it as an option under 'Form settings' called 'Review before Submit'. So please remove the widget and enable that option instead.
