what does that mean I have reached my limit of 5 forms? I only created one form

    Upon checking your My Forms page (https://www.jotform.com/myforms), it shows that you have 5 forms in your account. This prevents you from creating more forms. With this, I recommend that you archive or delete some of your forms which you will not use so for you to be able to create more forms.

    To archive a form:

    1) Select the form
    2) Click More (on top of the forms list)
    3) Click Archive Form

    To delete a form:

    1) Select the form
    2) Click Delete on top of the forms list
