jotform does not work

    Hi, I created a form and it does not work. I found out that you moved to, so do I have to create a new account and rebuild the form from 0?

    Hello dentalist,

    We didn't move to, we just added a few domains which is now being used for categorization depending on the country of origin.  Example is that if you're from US, by default, new forms will be using domains. 

    As for the old forms that were using, no changes on the URLs are made there and on those old forms will continue to function. There is no need for you to create a new account.

    If the form that was previously embedded appears to show the error 'Invalid URL', you will only need to get a new URL via preview or getting a new embed code.

    To help you fix your problem, can you provide us more details about the problem you're experiencing?

    Hi, thanks for your replay. Problem was the "Invalid URL" as you mentioned. However, meanwhile it was not working I registered an account at with the same email as and now there appears to have been merged toghether.
