    Dear support team,

I have got a weird issue. My form includes two pages. At the end of any page is either a "next" (weiter) or "back" (zurück) button. When the "next" button is clicked, the second page is displayed normally. But when the second page is shown and I´m clicking the "back" button, the whole first page i empty. Only the "Form Tabs Widget" is visible.

I hope you can help me! Thanks a lot,
    Thomas

I tested your form and I was able to replicate this issue, the page indeed shows blank.

Could you please try re-embedding your form by using this code instead of the one you used already:

     <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-71944469665371" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotformeu.com/71944469665371" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1535px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

I stripped that code to iFrame only since there were some errors in browser console report.

Please try and let us know if it worked.

    Thank you!

    Hey Nik,

thanks for your quick response. I embedded the new code and now it works.

Now we have got another problem: Is it possible to scroll to the top of the page when the "next" or "back" button is clicked? In this case, the user will be less irritated.

Furthermore, is there a way to make the iframe full responsive? Actually we are working with a fixed height, which makes the form very inflexible.

Thanks a lot for your help.

    Kind regards,
