Problema en completar y enviar

Buenos días,

No me permite enviar más encuestas. Me aparece que alcancé el límite.

Y sigo con el mismo problema donde las personas que recibieron el formulario no pueden contestar porque les aparece error. Adjunto los dos print de pantalla.

If you are trying to email the form to users directly from JotForm, we limit the number of emails you can send per hour.  This limit is 20 emails per hour for Free accounts. 

I would recommend sending the emails directly from your email address/account, rather than sending directly from JotForm.

No me deja enviar a más de 10 por día. Incluso hoy no me dejó. Y la gente no puede completarla todavía. He enviado en total a 30 personas desde el miércoles y no me pueden contester por el mensaje que envié ayer.

There is a new submission through the form as of today.  It does look like the form is accepting submissions at this time.
