cannot submit edited forms

I can edit a submitted form but when I hit the Submit button to save the changes, it times out and the changes are lost and no form is resubmitted. Also, when a new request is made using our online public form, the submit button times out and no new form is submitted. 

I tested your form and it seems to be working. I submitted it without waiting:

Did you embed this form on a site somewhere? 

Also I noticed the CSS for your submit button isn't right.

You could try deleting that section and see if the problem persists?
