Setting up a membership for a one off payment for a life membership.

Hi. loving this form so far.

I have a very big facebook group. I wish to charge for access to it. 

I only want a one off payment for a life membership. However i do not see that option, only Months, years etc.

please help.

The solution for you is to setup your subscription as a product. And then just label it as a subscription.
