How do I create monthly reports?

    Hi

    We have a client that has many car dealerships, each one has 5-9 Jotforms installed on their websites.

    The client has asked us to produce monthly reporting for each of the forms. Opening each form to get this data will be time consuming. Please advise us of the quickest way to get this data into a summary. I can see the submissions in the main filing system, but they start at the creation data. Is there any way we can change this to time periods of our choosing? Thank you!

    It's possible to create reports with JotForm, you may also share them so it's not required to be logged in to view the data.

    While viewing the submissions on your JotForm account, you could also set a time frame, to do it simply go to your submissions page and click on the gear icon to find the time frame option:

    will this will generate a report for a specific time period for all our forms. We have 100s of forms this need to streamlined as much as possible.

    You can try the Combine Submission app and see if that will work for you. Here's the link: https://apps.jotform.com/app/combine_submissions. This app will combine the submission from multiple forms into a CSV file.
