Hello. I've been contacted multiple times this week and last week stating that people could not complete my jotform forms. Browser IE shows the form, when people enter their info, it does an endless spinning. In Chrome, there is an error message that says "Your connection was interrupted. A network change was detected" Is this something on your end or our end? Please advise.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did test your last edited form in IE and chrome but did not find any issue with that. It seems to work as expected. I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
Can you please check if your local firewall is blocking connection to Jotform? I would suggest you to please whitelist following URL in your local firewall and see if that solves your problem:
