Setup Paypal Pro

I created a Pay Pal Pro survey that appears to allow people to pay me for a product. Where do I enter my PayPal information to receive the payments? 

To setup your account on Paypal Pro, just click on the Wand icon/Payment Settings to open the Payment Wizard.

 Then you need to fill up the following information to connect your Paypal Pro account to the Paypal Pro Payment field.
