Maximizing conditionals

Please click on the link below to complete this form.

I created this form to provide a generic request document using the conditional email options you provided.  You will notice that i used the slide show in your widgets to show the faces of my agents.  I then had to use a pulldown to select that agent that the receiver wants.

The reason for this writing is to request the future development of a method of encoding the particular images so that I could let the user select is agent from the image itself.  If there is a way to do that now, I'd sure appreciate knowing how to do it.

It is not possible to send an email based on the Slider Image widget. It is not an input field and there is nothing to be selected. You can also see that the image from the widget is not shown inside of the email Notification and on the submission page.

Instead of this widget you can use the Image Radio Buttons widget. In this case, you can remove the dropdown field with the names of your agents, but you will still have to set the same number of conditions (once for each option).

There is a possible workaround to have only one condition. For this workaround you will have to use An Autoresponder email instead of an Email Notification.

You will also have to assign calculation values to your dropdown field with the agent names. As calculation values you need to assign the email addresses of your against.

    How to Assign Calculation Value

Then you will need to pass that value to for example the email field and set that email field as recipient emails of an autoresponder email.

    Here is my demo form:

You can clone my form, replace the assigned email addresses with your email addresses and test it.

Hope this meet what you are looking for.
