My linked form is not accessible to form recipients even though it is published

I need to reach someone for technical assistance concerning a form problem.  I created an application form using JotForm.  On that form is a clickable link where a person can open another form (participation form) that also needs to be completed and submitted, together with the applicable form.

When I finished creating both forms, I put them both in published status, but when I sent the application form to someone to "test" that it was working correctly, they could only open the application form.  When they tried to open the participation form link within the application document, they got an error message that said "You don't have any forms yet".  

I also tried using the PDF embedding widgit to insert a PDF version of the participation form, but this did not appear to work functionally either.

I have a feeling there is something simple here that is the answer, but I have tried to no avail to resolve it.  Can someone please let me know ASAP if you have an answer as I need to move this along.  I will also try and see if I can find a phone # to contact.

I have cloned the form and upon examination I found the problem. The URL you are using for the second form is one that you, the account owner, can access, but not the rest of visitors, which explains why it's not working for your testers.
