My form is not working and unable to submit

    I am having clients fill out my survey and then it just quits on them and closes so they cant fill it out fully. this has happened like 3-4 times so far. i have tried embedding it on my site and also sending them directly to the jot form link and it is still happening

    I have tried submitting your JotForm and was able to submit without any issue. The Thank you page has displayed normally after submitting the form. Please see the screenshot below:

    Are you still experiencing any issue with the form at your end? Is there any error message displayed after submitting the form? Could you try submitting the form on a private/incognito window or a separate browser to see if that works?

    Yes I have done this also and it works. But i don't know why it's doing it when my clients try and submit.

    Could you please try to reach out to one of them and request more information on the issue they're facing?

    Having a screenshot for example could shed some light on the issue and allow us to assist you better, especially as their browser configuration and installed plugins/modules such as ad blockers and so on, could affect their experience.
