Upgrading

    If I upgrade from a free account to the first paid account, 1) will that allow me to remove the Jot references from my forms so that I stay consistent on my site 2) if I pay for an annual membership and decide to downgrade back to the free subscription later, do I get a refund for the portion of the year that I have not used yet?

    I think your product is great and my programmer knew it would be very helpful in our latest website upgrade.  But I want to present a clean, secure view to my shoppers without any references to outside sources or not to unveil my strategy to my competitors who price shop my site on a regular basis.  No reason to give away my secrets!

     

    Please email me as soon as you can so that I can move forward with upgrading my plan.

    1. Yes if you upgrade to any paid plan you will have the option to remove the JotFrom branding from your forms. Just go to your user settings by clicking on the profile icon (top right). If you uncheck the option you will be ad free:

    2. Its not possible to buy at a discounted rate, then use it for only a few months. If you intend to only use it for a few months then please register to pay monthly.
