Next button getting stuck

Hello,

I'm having issues with the "next" button not working on the third page of the form. Also on mobile devices you can't see all the multiple choices on the "Please select the following page".

I have tested your stand alone form. And the embedded form on your site.

It seems the stand alone form works perfectly. However when it gets embedded on your site it behaves as you have described.

The solution is to use an alternative embed method. The recommended way is to use the iFrame method. This assures us that the form will behave identically to the stand alone form.
