How do I publish a form that can then be used to repeatedly send information to the office?

Our Project Managers need to send change order requests to the office.

I created our CO form in your software.

Unlike a survey, our staff need to access the form when they need to submit information.

How do I publish a form that they can then use to repeatedly send information to the office?

Please note that you can share your form URL with anyone who has access to an internet browser and connection. They will be able to view it then, as the form is technically a standalone web page.
