Autoresponder Email does not include all pages of my form

    Hi, the autorespond email does not include all pages of my form.  The form fields listed are not complete...


    How do I add them?

    Are you referring to the Text field on your form not displaying in the Autoresponder Email? 

    If yes, you need to put it in the Autoresponder Email Content manually. To do that, please check the screen animation below.


    Here's another workaround if you do not want to put the Text field manually. You can enable the PDF in the Autoresponder.

    After that, please open the Submissions page of the form and enable the "Show Headers and Texts" to show the Text field in the PDF attachment.
